The upgrade of beam diagnostics in NSRL Phase Ⅱ Project was described. These new beam instruments include a DCCT measurement system to measure the beam DC current and beam lifetime, a closed orbit measurement system to measure the beam position, a beam-based alignment system using a switchable shunt resistor to measure the offset of the beam position monitor (BPM) with respect to the magnetic center of a quadrupole, a tune measurement system to measure the beam tune and chromaticity, a photon beam position measurement system to measure the SR position, and a 200 MeV energy spectrum analytic system to measure the beam energy spectrum. Some applications of these measurement systems and their measurement results were presented.
