人类ErbB-2转录因子1(TOB1)作为TOB/BTG抗增殖蛋白家族中的一员,具有抑制细胞增殖的能力,并且通过参与调节多种信号通路对细胞的增殖、周期、生长、凋亡、代谢及发育等过程产生重要的影响。研究表明TOB1还与肿瘤的发展密切相关,通过参与调节多种信号通路抑制肿瘤的发生和发展。文章对TOB1相关信号通路的研究进展进行综述。
Transducer of ErbB-2.1 (TOB1), as a member of TOB/BTG anti-proliferative proteins family, has the ability of inhibiting cell proliferation and plays an important role in some biological processes, such as cellular proliferation, cycle, growth, apoptosis, metabolism and development via involving in regulating various signaling pathways. Studies have shown that TOB1 is also closely related to tumorigenesis by participating in regulating multiple signaling pathways as to suppress malignant transformation and process. This review will focus on the research development of TOB1 related signaling pathways.
