采用甲基丙烯酸(MAA)在黏土Laponite纳米粒子表面原位聚合,制备了一种透明且对亲水和疏水表面均具有良好黏接性能的纳米复合水凝胶,并采用实验室自制的Johnson-KendallRoberts(JKR)表面能测量仪结合流变性能以及180°剥离强度测试,从微观和宏观相结合的角度系统地研究了此类水凝胶的黏接性能。研究结果表明聚甲基丙烯酸/Laponite纳米复合水凝胶是一种理想的假牙黏合剂材料。
Poly(methyl acrylic acid)/Laponite nanocomposite hydrogels were successfully synthesized via in situ free-radical polymerization of methacrylic acid (MAA) in aqueous solutions of Laponite. The transparent hydrogels presented good adhesive properties for both hydrophilic and hydrophobic surfaces. The adhesive properties of the hydrogels were revealed from both the views of microscopic and macroscopic by the employment of the self-developed Johnson-Kendall-Roberts (JKR) instrument, rheology, and 180° peel strength measurements. This study suggested that poly(methyl acrylic acid)/Laponite nanocomposite hydrogel should be a candidate material which presented promising applications in the field of denture adhesive.
