从胶州湾沿岸的7个取样点采集黄渤海近海常见的菲律宾蛤仔(Ruditapes philippinarum)、褶牡蛎(Oystrea densela-mellosa)和紫贻贝(Mytilus galloprovincialis)三种双壳类软体动物,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)对壳体中的重金属元素进行了测定以及数理统计,结果表明:双壳类壳体中Cr、Cu、Zn、Hg、Pb和Cd的平均含量分别为(269.33,1115.37,4845.81,6.89,19.47和366.06)×19-9,含量顺序Zn>Cu>Cd>Cr>Pb>Hg,与水体中的重金属含量顺序基本一致;三类双壳类壳体中重金属含量存在明显的种间差异性,多数重金属在菲律宾蛤仔壳体中含量高,而在褶牡蛎、紫贻贝壳体中含量较低;三类双壳类壳体对重金属具有相似的富集趋势,对Zn和Cu累积明显,富集系数达102数量级,其次为Pb,富集系数介于10~20之间,Cd的富集系数最低,小于10。
