Objective： To isolate and purify polypeptides from goat spleen （PGS）. Methods： By using the traditional mean, polypeptide was abstracted from goat spleen;The polypeptide was isolated by an HPLC system consisted of Spherisor C18 with acetonitrile solution,the detection wavelength was 214 nm. Every peptide peak was collected for purity analysis ; Results：The three constituent parts have been isolated through the liquid chromatography system above and named PGS - 1, PGS -2, PGS -3. Conclusion：The polypeptide from goat spleen consists of three parts with different hydrophobic quality.
