山羊脾脏多肽的分离纯化

目的:分离纯化由山羊脾脏中获得的多肽。方法:用传统方法从山羊脾脏中提取多肽,应用Spherisor C18色谱柱和乙腈溶液组成的HPLC色谱系统,检测波长214nm,对山羊脾多肽进行分离,并对此多肽的各组分进行分离峰收集;对所收集的各组分进行纯度分析。结果:由上述色谱系统可分得3种组分,分别命名为PGS-1、PGS-2、PGS-3。结论:由山羊脾脏中获得的多肽是由疏水性不同的3种成分组成的物质。

英文摘要:

Objective: To isolate and purify polypeptides from goat spleen (PGS). Methods: By using the traditional mean, polypeptide was abstracted from goat spleen;The polypeptide was isolated by an HPLC system consisted of Spherisor C18 with acetonitrile solution,the detection wavelength was 214 nm. Every peptide peak was collected for purity analysis ; Results:The three constituent parts have been isolated through the liquid chromatography system above and named PGS - 1, PGS -2, PGS -3. Conclusion:The polypeptide from goat spleen consists of three parts with different hydrophobic quality.
