作为二苯并五元杂环结构。聚咔唑因为本身的结构特性被广泛应用在太阳能电池、场效应晶体管、发光二极管、电致变色等光电领域。这主要是因为咔唑可以在N位以及2,7或3,6位进行功能化,从而调控聚合物的能带结构,继而改变其迁移率、着色电压等参数。本文总结了近几年以咔唑及其衍生物为骨架结构的电致变色聚合物,主要从合成、电化学性能和电致变色性能三个方面进行阐述,以便为电致变色聚合物的结构设计和性能研究提供理论指导。
As dibenzo five-member heterocyclic ring, polyearbazole was widely used in the field of solar cells, field- effect transistors, light emitting diodes, electroehromic and so on, which may attribute to the funetionalization of carbazole of N and 2,7 as well as 3,6 position so that change the band-gap of the polymer, and then change its mobility, coloring voltage and other parameters. This review summarized hybrid electrochromic polymers with carbazole and its derivatives as the back bones from their synthesis to electrochemical and eleetrochromie properties. This review may provide theoretical guidance for the further research of electroehromism.
