目的:在证明针刺对普通和肾上腺切除(adrenalectomy,ADX)大鼠哮喘模型具有明显抗哮喘作用的基础上,进一步比较研究针刺血清和 ADX 针刺血清的抗哮喘作用。方法:测定针刺血清和 ADX 针刺血清静脉内注射对普通和 ADX 哮喘大鼠模型气道阻力、肺顺应性和血液嗜酸粒细胞计数的影响。结果:针刺血清和 ADX 针刺血清均能明显降低普通和 ADX 哮喘大鼠的气道阻力与其血液嗜酸粒细胞计数,降低 ADX哮喘大鼠的肺顺应性,两种针刺血清注射处理的作用类似。结论:针刺血清和 ADX 针刺血清具有类似的抗哮喘作用,进一步证明针刺治疗哮喘不依赖肾上腺皮质激素。但两种针刺血清对肺顺应性的影响与针刺治疗存在的某些差异尚待研究。
