使用紫外诱变和梯级驯化法进行了菌种选育实验研究,获得一株优良菌株L-1.通过4因素3水平正交实验优化了发酵条件.菌株L-1发酵混合糖(葡萄糖和木糖)经过65.0 h,28.0℃,144 rpm,140 m L/500 m L瓶装量的发酵,乙醇浓度达到7.97%(v/v),发酵乙醇能力比出发菌株提高了884%,残余葡萄糖和木糖为0.70%,发酵乙醇效率为理论值的88.1%.
For strain improvement,ultraviolet mutation and step train were introduced. A better strain L- 1was achieved. A four-factor and three-level orthogonal experiment was designed to optimum the fermentation conditions. The ethanol concentration of this strain fermentation of mixture of glucose and xylose was 7. 97%( v /v) after 65 hours,28 ℃ m L,144 rpm,140 m L/500 m L bottle capacity fermentation. The L- 1capacity of fermentation ethanol improved by 884%. The remnant mixture of glucose and xylose is 0. 7%. The efficiency of fermentation alcohol was 88. 1% of theory value.
