近几年,随着我国经济社会的发展和大学生毕业人数的增多,大学生职业社会化问题成为社会关注的焦点。数据显示,企业对新员工进行入职培训的力度和效果都是不理想的,导致新入职的大学生表现出种种的角色适应不良、角色转变障碍等问题。针对这一现状,本文从职业认同、企业世界认知、职业角色的确定、职场人际和求职准备五个方面,逐项分析了大学生职业社会化过程中出现的各类问题,提出相应的对策,以期帮助大学生快速融入环境,适应工作,减少流失率,从而顺利实现职业社会化。
In recent years,as China's economic and social development and the increase in the number of university graduates,college students' vocation socialization has become the focus of attention. Statistics show that density and effects of induction training for new employees by the companies are not ideal,leading to new recruits show various role maladjustment and barriers in role transition. According to this situation,the article itemized analysis of problems in process of college students' vocation socialization and proposed countermeasures from professional identity,organization cognition,professional roles to determine,interpersonal relationship and preparation for job-hunting,in order to help college students integrate into environment rapidly,decrease the turnover rate and achieve vocation socialization successfully.
