以政府职能转变为视角,剖析当前我国职业体育主要利益冲突及其社会学成因,为职业体育治理模式和治理策略的开发提供理论基础.研究表明:1)在社会转型期,我国职业体育利益主体之间的冲突多元化:职业体育俱乐部与项目协会间为目标、角色与地位等冲突;项目协会与媒体间的冲突为负面报道带来的形象受损;俱乐部与媒体间的冲突为主场球迷秩序混乱;项目协会与联赛赞助商间为经济利益以及合法的利益诉求权力;俱乐部与其赞助商集中在经济利益方面;教练员与运动员间为"无形的利益冲突"和"有形的利益冲突";俱乐部和教练员间为经济利益及给予教练员必要生存空间和自主管理球队的权力;俱乐部和运动员间为劳资纠纷;俱乐部与观众间为比赛质量、观众上座率及球迷情绪方面.2)产生上述利益冲突的社会学原因包括体制机制、市场环境、法律环境、制度环境、文化价值观念、改革观念等社会学因素.
In the view of government function transformation,this paper analyzes the main benefit conflicts in Chinese professional sports and its sociological causes,aiming to provide theoretical basis for exploitation of management mode and management strategy for professional sports. Research shows that: 1) In the period of social transition,the conflicts among main interests bodies in Chinese professional sports are diversified: the conflicts between project association and professional sports clubs are objective,role and status; between project association and media is negative publicity to bring image damaged; between the club and the media is fans disorder in home; between project association and league sponsor are economic interests and the legitimate power pursuit; between clubs and its sponsors is mainly focused on economic interest; between coaches and athletes are " intangible conflict of interest" and " tangible conflicts of interest"; between the club and coaches is economic interests and to give them enough living space and independently managing team; between clubs and athletes is labor disputes;between the clubs and the audience are match quality,audiences attendance and fans' emotion. 2) The sociological reasons for above benefit conflicts include systems and mechanisms,political environment,market environment,legal environment,institutional environment,cultural values,reform ideas environment factors,etc.
