目的探讨MRI组织信号强度比值与铁浓度的关系,为今后的临床研究提供理论依据。方法通过对不同浓度铁模型的MRI检查,计算含铁模型/肌肉信号强度比值,并统计分析该比值及其自然对数、对数与铁浓度的关系。结果含铁模型/肌肉信号强度的自然对数、对数与铁浓度呈直线负相关,含铁模型/肌肉信号强度比与铁浓度呈曲线相关。结论MRI测定的组织信号强度比值的自然对数是预测组织铁浓度最佳值。
Objective To study the correlation between MRI tissue signal intensity ratio and iron concentration , and then provide a theoretical basis for the future clinical studies. Methods Iron modes of different concentrations underwent MRI examination. Cor- relations among signal intensity ratio, In (signal intensity ratio l, lg( signal intensity ratio)and iron concentration were determined. Results An inverse linear relationship between In(signal intensity ratio) and iron concentration was apparent. Inverse curvilinear re- lationships were noted between signal intensity ratio and iron concentration. Conclusion ln( tissue signal intensity ratio) measured by MRI is the best method for the estimation of iron concentration.
