目的对比国产与进口硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗哮喘患者的治疗效果。方法选择2010年6月至2013年8月200例哮喘患者,随机分为两组,试验组患者予国产硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗,对照组患者予进口沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗,观察并比较两组患者给药后肺功能及哮喘症状的改善情况。结果给药后,两组患者的第1秒用力呼气容积（FEV1）、用力肺活量（FVC）及临床症状评分均比治疗前有明显改善;FEV1在给药30 min后达到最大;治疗后,组间FEV1、FVC、不良反应及临床症状评分没有明显的差异（P〉0.05）。结论国产硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗支气管哮喘,具有疗效好、不良反应少、经济实惠等优点。

英文摘要：

Objectiv To explore the treatment effect of domestic albuterol sulfate aerosol in the asthma patients. Methods 200 cases pa-tients with asthma were collected who came to our hospital from June 2010 to August 2013. All the patients were divided into two groups randomly. The patients of experimental group were treated with domestic albuterol sulfate aerosol. The patients of control group were treated with salbutamol aerosol imports. Then the improvement situation of of lung function and asthma symptoms of the two groups were observed and compared. Results FEV1, FVC, and clinical symptom score of the two groups after treatment had be improved signif-icantly than before treatment. FEV1 was maximum at 30 min after administration. FEV1, FVC, adverse reactions and clinical symptom score of the two groups after treatment were no significant difference（ P〉 0. 05） . Conclusion Domestic albuterol sulfate aerosol have affordable, good efficacy, fewer adverse reactions and other good points the treatment of bronchial asthma.
