英文摘要：

This paper, using the Stackelberg model, researches a typical technical standard pattern and the related decision during the research process and in consideration of technology uncertainty feature of the situation. Specifically, it analyzes the difference between the technology leaders solo and cooperate with manufacture research by comparing and solving the equilibrium result with the level of investment, technical feasibility, and license price and so on. The result shows that cooperation has higher investment level, higher capability of adapting under lower technical uncertainty environment, bigger equilibrium quantity（Technical standards more influence）.
