采用Stackelberg博弈模型,在技术不确定性特征的情况下,研究了技术标准研发的典型模式以及研发过程中的相关决策。具体而言,通过分别构建技术领先企业独自研发标准以及技术领先企业与生产企业合作研发标准两种模式的博弈模型,比较并求解了两种技术标准研发模式下的投资水平、技术可行性、许可价格等关键变量的均衡结果。研究发现:与下游生产企业合作研发比技术领先企业单独研发时的投资水平更高,可承受的技术不确定性水平更高,许可生产后的均衡产量更大(即技术标准的市场影响力更大)。
This paper, using the Stackelberg model, researches a typical technical standard pattern and the related decision during the research process and in consideration of technology uncertainty feature of the situation. Specifically, it analyzes the difference between the technology leaders solo and cooperate with manufacture research by comparing and solving the equilibrium result with the level of investment, technical feasibility, and license price and so on. The result shows that cooperation has higher investment level, higher capability of adapting under lower technical uncertainty environment, bigger equilibrium quantity(Technical standards more influence).
