选取市场上某型号无级变速器的金属带产品,通过金相显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱分析、XRD等试验研究,获得了该金属带钢环组和摩擦片的组织成分。结果表明:该摩擦片是一种合金元素含量低,以马氏体、α-Fe铁素体和析出碳化物(Mn,Cr)_3C为主要相的马氏体高强度钢;钢带的材料是以马氏体为基体相,并有Ni_3Ti和Ni_3Mo等金属化合物析出相的18Ni系列马氏体时效钢;同时发现钢环组每层钢带的晶粒大小稍有差别,每层钢带的硬度不一样,说明各层钢带的热处理工艺不同。
Microstructure and composition of the friction plates and steel rings in a certain type of metal belt from CVT market were analyzed by means of metallographic microscope,SEM,EDS,XRD.The results show that friction plate is a kind of high strength martensite steel,which contains low alloying elements,and the main phases are martensite,α-Fe ferrite and precipitated carbides(Mn,Cr)_3C.The steel belt is 18 Ni martensite aging steel,with the precipitated phases of Ni_3Ti and Ni_3Mo compounds in martensite substrate phase.The results also show that the grain sizes of each steel ring layer in steel ring group are different.The hardness of each steel ring is different,which shows that the heat treatment processes of each steel belt layer are not all the same.
