采用传输矩阵方法,研究了一维双周期厚度调制的多量子阱的透射谱。当量子阱的宽度被周期性地调制时,在原来的单一周期势的禁带中出现了一些窄带,落在这些窄带内的电子具有较强的局域性。
The transmission spectrum of multiple quantum well structure with thickness-modulated dualperiod was studied by means of transfer matrix method. Some narrow bands appear in the gap of the simple multi-quantum well structure of single-period. The wave function in the narrow bands are localized.
