近年来，环境污染日趋严重，雾霾频频来袭，严重影响了居民的身心健康，全社会都在密切关注和期待国家尽快深化生态文明体制改革，改善生态环境，尽早防治环境污染和加强生态修复，建设可持续发展模式。然而，当前环保和低碳的生活理念还处于启蒙和逐步深化阶段，从企业到居民的低碳环保意识都亟待加强，一些处于低碳教育前线的政府机构、NGO、企业机构等进行的低碳活动仍较为单一分散，未能充分利用各方资源形成合力推行低碳生活。基于现状，文章探讨构建一种有效的低碳公益推广模式，整合线上线下各种资源，致力于打造一个可持续发展且易于推广的低碳公益事业平台。
英文摘要：
In recent years, more and more serious environmental pollution and frequent haze affect the physical and mental health of residents in China .Now the whole society is looking forward to deepening the reform of ecological civilization system , improving the ecological environment as soon as possible , controlling environ-mental pollution and strengthening ecological restoration .People hope to construct a sustainable economic development mode.However, nowadays, environmental protection and low carbon life concept are still in the en-lightenment and deepening stage .The awareness of low carbon and environmental protection of enterprises and residents should be strengthened .Some low-carbon activities of government agencies and corporations are still simple or scattered , without making full use of various resources and forming resultant force to promote low car-bon life.Based on the current situation, this paper attempts to build an effective public promotion mechanism for low carbon and an integrated and sustainable promotion platform by integrating various resources .
