在经济发展处于新常态的经济背景下,酉阳县政府提出了“旅游兴县”的发展战略。但是酉阳旅游产业在发展过程中,存在着旅行社规模小、旅游企业间信息共享不足、旅行社未确定核心企业地位、各旅游服务供应商没有协同发展等问题。为此,提出构建以在酉旅行社为核心企业的酉阳旅游服务供应链模型,用协同规划、预测和连续补货管理方法对酉阳旅游产业进行管理。为了保证供应链能够可持续发展,采用内部标杆法对酉阳旅游产业供应链的绩效进行评价,从而从整体上提高整个供应链的运作效率和降低综合成本。
On the background of " new normal" theory, Youyang government has informed the "prospered by tourism" strategy. However, during the course of tourism of Youyang County, what has hindered the coordinate development of Youyang' s tourism is the issue which acquaintance as the incomplete fame of its tourist attractions inspired by the government and the core abilities of the travel agency. These problems have rejected the process of tourism of Youyang into a complete and coordinate industry. This paper put forward coordinate and horizontal integration development of supply chain management on the base of research and paper on Youyang' s travel service provider. Furthermore, the paper proposed Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) as the method of managing the tourist industry of Youyang County. At last, evaluating the achievement of travel industry of Youyang by using supply chain customer service benchmarking method, and it guaranteed the sustainable development of Youyang' s travel industry and increased its core competitiveness. In a word, what the paper mentioned can enhance the operative efficiency of supply chain and decrease the cost of comprehensive operation in a whole.
