This paper studied on spectral effect relationship of traditional Chinese medicine by using serum pharmacology provides a new idea for studying on pharmacodynamic material basis of traditional Chinese medicine.The concept,theoretical foundation and research mode of serum pharmacology were reviewed.The applications for serum pharmacology studying on spectral effect relationshipof traditional Chinese medicine were summarized,and the experimental process problems and its countermeasures were discussed.
