Effect of Pd doping on the acetone-sensing properties of NdFeO_3

采用sol-gel法制备了La1-xSmxFeO3(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.5和0.7)系列纳米粉体,并对其微结构、电性能和酒敏性能进行了测试研究。结果表明:所有粉体为斜方钙钛矿结构,粉体的晶胞体积和晶粒尺寸均随Sm含量的增大而减小。除La0.3Sm0.7FeO3外,各元件的电阻随Sm含量的增加而增大。另外,x≥0.3的元件的激活能要大于x≤0.2的元件的激活能。在所有气敏元件中,La0.8Sm0.2FeO3元件对乙醇气体显示出较高的灵敏度和较好的选择性。

英文摘要:

A series of nanopowders for La1-xSmxFeO3(x = 0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.5 and 0.7) were prepared by a sol-gel method.Their microstructure,electrical and ethanol-sensing properties were tested and investigated.The results show that obtained powders are an orthogonal perovskite structure.Their cell volume and grain size decrease with increase of Sm content x.However,the resistance of each gas sensor increases with the increase of x,except for La0.3Sm0.7FeO3.In addition,when x ≥ 0.3,the activation energies of the gas sensors are much larger than those of x ≤ 0.2.In all the gas sensors,La0.8Sm0.2FeO3 gas sensor shows higher sensitivity and better selectivity to ethanol gas.
