提高试验煤样与原煤的相似性有利于增强科研结果的真实性,据此对煤样的二次炭化进行了试验研究。首先对煤样二次炭化的试验装置进行了设计,在对有关组成部件优选与加工的基础上,根据设计原理对该试验装置进行了安装;然后根据设计方案,对炭化过程中的热量传输及温度场的演化规律进行了分析;最后对6种不同的试验方案分别进行了煤样二次炭化试验,制作出了相应的二次炭化煤样。结果显示,煤样的合理加热时间约为15000s,煤焦油和中等煤化程度的煤是最佳的原料组合,采用它们所制作的煤样可广泛应用于煤矿安全开采方面的科研活动。
Improving similarities between coal sample and raw coal is propitious to enhance the authenticity of scientific research results. According to this, authors conducted the experi- ment to study secondary carbide of coal samples. Firstly, they designed testing apparatus to study the secondary carbide of coal samples, and installed the testing apparatus basing upon de- signing principle, and optimization and machining of relative component parts, and then analyzed evolution rule of heat transmission and temperature field during carbonization process, finally, made secondary carbide of coal samples by taking six experiment schemes. The results showed that the reasonable calefaction time of coal sample was about 15000 s and the best combination of materials was coal tar and medium degree of coalification of coal. The results could apply in the scientific research about the coal mine safety mining abroad by using the made-coal samples.
