用碳纳米管/聚苯胺/纳米金(MWCNTs/PANI/AuNPs)复合物修饰硼掺杂金刚石纳米草结构(NBDD)电极,建立了一种灵敏、快速检测对硫磷的安培传感器.在30~200μmol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为Ip=-0.0155c+0.0096(r2=0.999),检出限为6.04μmol/L.用该传感器对苹果皮样品进行检测,平均回收率达到97.7%.
In this paper, we constructed a sensitive amperometric sensor for rapid determination of parathion by using multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTS)-polyaniline (PANI)-Au nanopartictes (AuNPs) nanocomposite modified nanograss boron-doped diamond (NBDD) electrode. The results showed that the amperometric sensor had a good linear relationship with the concentration of parathion, with a linear equation of Ip=-0.015 5c+0.009 6 (r2-0.999) and a detection limit of 6.04 μ mol/L. The sensor could be used for detecting apple skin samples, with an average recovery rate of 97.7%.
