在我国城镇化过程中,“村改居”是实现城乡一体化改革的新探索。“村改居”社区居民在生存空间转换、生计模式改变、规则意识重建等因素带来的乡村文化与城市文明的碰撞中会遭遇到一系列文化冲突问题,冲突的消极后果将会阻碍新社区健康、和谐有序发展。依据冲突的四个控制变量,建立“村改居”社区文化冲突治理模型,从提高社区认同、建立冲突治理组织网络、打造学习型社区、提炼社区精神四个方面提出治理的具体措施。最终使得文化冲突负面影响在社区精神文化潜移默化熏陶中得以消除。
In the course of agricultural society turning to urban society, "country to residence" is a new attempt in the fruition of rural and urban integration. Because life space and model of living have been changed, and dharma, consciousness need to be rebuilt in community transition. Therefore, resi- dents of "country to residence" community are experiencing a series of obsession from the collision be- tween rural cultural and urban civilization. The consequence of passive conflicts between these two cul- ture would hinder new communities keeping a healthy, harmonious and apple-pie order mode of development. According to four control variables of conflict, this paper presented the governance model of cultural conflicts in community transition, and indicated the passive influence would be eliminated in osmosis at last through developing the new common community spirit.
