本文以发明专利数据作为衡量原始创新产出的指标,收集1998~2007年的发明专利授权数据对中国31个省际区域的原始创新进行了空间集聚研究;专利可视化分布图显示了中国省际区域原始创新产出的分布情况及其空间动态变化;区位Gini系数和Moran I指数均指出了中国省际区域原始创新产出的非随机分布,呈现不同层次的创新集群,并表现出空间依赖;Moran散点图进一步指出了各省际区域的原始创新产出的空间相关模式,在此基础上,文章提出了提高区域原始创新能力的前瞻性建议。
Using the original patent data as a measure of innovation output indicators,collecting data 1998~2007 on China invention patents,the paper conducts spatial agglomeration research on original innovation output from 31 inter-provincial regions.Visual patent distribution plot has shown original innovation out distribution of Chinese province level and spatial dynamics of change;Location Gini coefficient and Morans I index have pointed that Chinese province original innovation is not random distributing,and present different levels of innovation clusters and spatial dependence.Moran scatter plot further indicates the spatial dependent of the original innovation output of each province region,Based on this,the paper proposes forward-looking recommendations to improve original regional ability innovation.
