本文报道了一台浙江大学自制的动圈式线性压缩机,其支撑结构采用径向刚度更高的直线臂板弹簧。采用有限元方法模拟了板弹簧的性能并与实验进行了对比,分析了磁场及电机力特性。采用RC负载方法测量了压缩机声功转换效率,实验结果表明,该压缩机谐振频率在30Hz以下。使用该压缩机驱动脉管制冷机冷头,在运行频率为40Hz,输入功率为540W时,可获得49.1K的最低制冷温度,在80K可提供4.5W的制冷量。
This paper reports a moving-coil linear compressor made by Zhejiang University, in which triangle-arm plate spring with higher radial stiffness is employed. Finite element analysis is applied to simulate the performance of the spring and the linear motor. The PV work conversion efficiency of the linear compressor is tested with a resistive-capacitive (RC) load. Experimental results show that the resonant frequency of the linear compressor is below 30 Hz. When driving a pulse tube cryocooler at 40 Hz, a base temperature of 49.1 K and a cooling power of 4.5 W at 80 K are achieved with 540 W electrical power input.
