基于沙漠公路路面长期积沙的事实,在室内利用自行研制的加速磨耗仪对积沙沥青路面试件进行加速磨耗试验,测定磨耗试件的抗滑性,研究分析路面结构类型、路面积沙程度对积沙路面抗滑性能的影响。试验分析表明,在同一路面工况下,当路面积沙达到1.0 kg/m2后,路面抗滑性能快速衰减;路面积沙程度由1 kg/m2增加到1.5 kg/m2后,AC-13的构造深度减少45%,SMA-13的构造深度减少17.6%,SMA-13相比于AC-13具有更强的抗滑性能。研究结果对沙漠公路的设计工作具有较好的参考和借鉴意义。
Based on the fact that the pavement of desert highway has long-term sand depositing, this research make an accelerated wear tester to test the Specimen of asphalt pavement with sand depositing. The effects of different pavement structure types and degree of sand depositing on the skid resistance were also tested. The results shows that under the same road condition, when the degree of sand depositing reaches 1.0 kg/m2, the skid resistance reduces rapidly; while the degree of sand depositing increases from 1 kg/m2 to 1.5 kg/m2, the texture depth of AC - 13 reduced by 45%, the texture depth of SMA - 13 reduced by 16.7%, the skid resistance of SMA - 13 is better than SAC - 13. The research results can provide valuable guidance for the design of highway in desert area.
