采用六偏磷酸钠协同超声水热法分散提纯凹土,并研究超微分散的凹土悬浮液的稳定性及其在醋酸体系中的分散团聚行为,探索凹土在酸性亲水介质中的应用可行性。XRD、AFM、Zeta电位和粒径测试研究表明:六偏磷酸钠协同超声水热法能够有效分散提纯凹土,并且不破坏其晶体结构;离心有助于制备均匀稳定的凹土悬浮液,该悬浮液应用在pH≤3.5的醋酸体系中呈现团聚趋势,而在pH≥4.0的醋酸溶液中仍然呈单棒晶分散。
In the present study, attapulgite has been dispersed and purified by ultrasonic water - heat method cooperated with sodium hexametaphosphate. The stability of the ultrafine attapulgite suspension and its dispersion and aggreagation behavior in acetic acid medium have been investigated by XRD, AFM, size and Zeta potential measurements. The experiment results show that the method used can efficiently disperse and purify attapulgite, and does not destroy the crystal structure. Centrifugation treatment helps to preparation of stable attapulgite suspension. In acetic acid solution, when the pH of the mixed system is less than 3.5, the attapulgite tents to aggregate ; whereas, the attapulgite shows single - crystal rods when the pH is above or equal to 4. Our aim is to explore the application of attapulgite in hydrophilic acidic medium for preparation of attapulgite nanocomposite materials.
