为了建立多溴联苯及其衍生物的免疫检测新方法,采用4,4′-二溴联苯作代表物,采用两种修饰方法,经过硝化、还原或酰基化,分别合成了含有氨基和羧酸基的两种二溴联苯半抗原。产物经元素分析和红外光谱鉴定,确认是所设计的目标产物,这为研究多溴联苯类污染物的免疫分析奠定了基础。
To establish a new immunoassay method for determination of polybrominated biphenyl and their derivatives, this article synthesized two haptens from dibromobiphenyl as typical samples via nitrification, deoxidization or the Friedel-Crafts acylation reaction .The two kinds of dibrominated biphenyl haptens were comprised of amino or carboxyl radicals, respectively. The chemical structures were characterized by the IR spectroscopy and elemental analysis, which provided the basis for further study on polybrominated biphenyl immunoassay.
