多年来,我国煤炭物流体系的建设一直被忽视着,煤炭问题的焦点似乎总是聚焦在煤电矛盾这个链条上。然而惊人的空驶率、繁杂而无效的库存、高额的信息成本、落后的设施设备等等问题无不揭示着煤炭行业的物流存在着巨大的浪费。同时也说明煤炭物流体系的现代化再造有着广阔的空间和丰厚的利润。本文分析了物流业的一般规律以及我国煤炭物流业发展的现状及存在的问题,并进一步提出了建设我国现代化煤炭物流业的措施。
英文摘要：
The construction of coal logistics system in China has been neglected for years.The key point of coal seems to be focused on the chain of coal-power contradiction.While the problems such as amazing empty-loaded rate,multifarious but invalid inventory,high cost of information,laggard facility instrument all without exception reveal prodigious squandering in the logistics of coal industry.At the same time,they illustrate there are broad room and generous benefits in reconstructing the modernization of coal logistics system.This article analyzes the universal laws of logistics industry,the status quo and existing problems in the development of China＇s coal logistics industry,then extends the measures to construct China＇s modernized coal logistics.
