为了提高预制装配式混凝土框架结构的抗震性能,提出一种由扇形铅黏弹性阻尼器与预制装配式混凝土框架组合而成的新型预制装配式消能减震混凝土框架结构体系。对体系节点进行了设计,并对普通预制装配式梁柱节点试件和新型预制装配式梁柱消能减震节点试件进行了低周反复加载试验,研究了试件的滞回特性、承载能力、位移延性、强度退化和梁端受力筋应变等抗震性能及其破坏特征。结果表明:新型预制装配式梁柱消能减震节点通过扇形铅黏弹性阻尼器的往复剪切变形参与节点的滞回耗能,具有良好的耗能效果,该新型节点滞回曲线饱满,耗能能力强;节点的承载力和位移延性明显提高;扇形铅黏弹性阻尼器增强预制装配式梁柱节点的抗侧力和抗侧刚度,改变节点受力模式,使塑性铰区从梁端后浇区外移至预制梁与阻尼器连接外侧,实现了“强节点弱构件、强剪弱弯”性能要求。
In order to improve the seismic performance of the prefabricated frame structure, a new type of Energy- Dissipative prefabricated frame structure system with sector lead viscoelastic dampers is proposed. Based on the mechanical characteristics of the new energy-dissipative joints, the ordinary prefabricated frame joints and new prefabricated frame joints were tested under low frequency cyclic loading. Seismic behaviors, such as failure modes, load-displacement curves, structural ductility, strength, degradation, energy dissipation and material strain of the specimens were studied. The results show that the hysteretic curves of the new-type energy-dissipative prefabricated frame structure joint with sector lead viscoelastic dampers are plump. The deformation performance decreases, while the energy dissipation, ultimate capacity and displacement ductility are obviously improved. SLVD increase the lateral stiffness of prefabricated beam-column joints to make the plastic hinge zone from post-pouring zone to the outside of joint in SLVD. It can meet the performance requirement that is strong shear and weak bending, also strong joint and weak component.
