为了分析研究采动影响下陷落柱突水的物理规律及特征,结合五阳煤矿7601工作面工程地质和开采技术条件,利用数值模拟软件和突水模拟试验平台分别模拟了底板和过煤层两种不同陷落柱的突水过程.结果表明,陷落柱突水破坏过程的数值模拟与试验台相似模拟相一致;底板陷落柱与过煤层陷落柱突水的规律是,在采动作用影响下,陷落柱周边的塑性区不断扩大,与工作面前方形成的塑性区相互贯通,形成突水通道,当陷落柱充水且水压达到一定值时,工作面发生突水;特殊构造突水模拟试验台在一定程度上满足了设计试验的需要.
In order to analyze and study the physical law and characteristics of water inrush from water-conducting Collapse Columns under the effect of mining, the water inrush process of Collapse Column both in the floor and through the coal seam is simulated by the numerical simulation software and a special test system based on geological condition as well as mining technical conditions of the working face 7601 in Wuyang mine. The results show that the nu- merical simulation is in good accordance with the similar simulation on the water inrush process of Collapse Column, and the water invasion regularity of the Collapse Column is that the peripheral plastic zone of the Collapse Column and the plastic zone ahead of the working face are connected, forming a water-inrush channel. When the Collapse Column is filled with water and the water pressure reaches a certain value, water inrush occurs in the working face. The special test system can satisfy the requirement of the designed test.
