Objective：To observe and compare the therapeutic effects of the main constituents of YinqiaoPowder and Yupingfeng Granule or combination both on infected chick embryo. Methods：Cultivation in the chick embryo and hem-agglutination test are applied to observe the extractives o f the main constituents o f Yinqiao Powder and Yupingfeng Granule or combination both inhibit IV in vitro at different times and the prevent and therapeutic effects on the infected chick embryo. Results：The main constituents of YinqiaoPowder and Yupingfeng Granule have the protect and therapeutic effects on the infected chick embryo.Combination both have stronger therapeutic effect,but have no significant difference. Conclusion：YinqiaoPowder and Yupingfeng Granule or combination both have the therapeutic effect on influenza.
