文章以一台ISDE285型发动机为基础,配合其他配套设施与仪器进行了发动机台架试验,对其DOC-DPF系统进行了排放特性试验研究,得到不同工况和反应条件下DOC和DPF前段和后端相应排放物的排放数据,并对排放物变化情况进行了分析。试验数据和研究结果能为后续制定发动机控制策略提供必要的数据支持,并可为后续的相关模拟计算工作提供初始输入数据和对比依据,对更好的控制发动机排放有着重要的意义。
With an ISDE285 engine as the base,engine rack test is conducted with the cooperation of other supporting facilities and instrument,and an emission characteristic test research is conducted on the DOC-DPF system to obtain the emission data of the corresponding effluents at the front and rear ends of DOC and DPF in different work conditions and reaction conditions and the change of effluents is analyzed.The test data and research results can provide necessary data support to establish the engine control strategy subsequently,and can provide initial input data and comparison basis for relevant simulation calculation in the following,with a significance to control the emission of engine better.
