余度技术是提高产品可靠性与安全性的重要手段。针对双余度系统,给出了系统带故障运行的约束条件,推导了各故障出现后系统带故障运行周期相互关系,建立了双余度系统带故障运行周期决策模型;利用商用航空发动机时间限制派遣分析中普遍使用的时间加权平均法与马尔可夫模型,提出了双余度系统带故障运行周期决策方法,并给出了应用实例。
Redundancy technique is an important measure to improve reliability and safety of products.A dual redundant system is chosen as the studying object,the constraint of the system operating with faults is presented,the relationship between operation intervals of different faults is derived,and operation interval decision model for dual redundant systems operating with faults is built.By using Time Weighted Average method and Markov Model that are commonly used in Time Limited Dispatch of aeroengine control systems,the operation interval decision method for dual redundant systems operating with faults is proposed,and an example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of each above mentioned method.
