纵横复合收尘极板电除尘器除尘性能研究

常规电除尘器体积大,成本高,限制了其应用.本文提出了一种新型电除尘器--纵横复合收尘极板电除尘器.通试验,比较了纵横复合收尘极板电除尘器和常规电除尘器的一些影响因素,即极板电流密度的大小和均匀性,流场分布均匀性,不同电压和不同电场风速下的除尘效率等.试验结果表明,在相同条件下,纵横复合收尘极板电除尘器的极板电流密度及流场分布更均匀,除尘效率明显高于常规电除尘器.本研究对减小电除尘器体积、降低电除尘器成本和推进电除尘技术的发展有较大的现实意义.

英文摘要:

The paper aims to introduce a new-type of electrostatic precipitator developed by the author, known as the electrostatic precipitator with longitudinal transverse collecting plates. As a matter of fact, all the electrostatic precipitators so far used in the businesses and firms have inadequacies for their bulk size and high cost. Based on the theory of electrodynamics collecting fields, the present author has done a series of experiments with the four factors involving the functions of the precipitator, the plate current density, gas velocity uniformity, voltage and average gas velocity, all of which may affect the capabilities of a desirable electrostatic precipitator, With the newtype of electrostatic precipitator, the performance is superior to all those of the conventional wlre-plate electrostatic precipitators. The main features of the present version of precipitator include : ( 1 ) the improvement of the plate current density and the distribution of partition area; (2) the improvement of the gas velocity uniformity in the precipitator; (3) the improvement done in comparison with the collecting efficiency according to the different voltages; (4) heightening the collecting efficiency on the average gas velocity. Both the plate current density quantity and the distribution in the electrostatic precipitator with longitudinal transverse collecting plates are bigger and more uniformly distributed respectively than the conventional one, The reason is that the type of the barbed nail corona electrode is well matched with the longitudinal transverse collecting plates. Therefore, the uniform distribution of electric fluxline is formed and the feeble collecting plate is made smaller, which helps to improve the effective collecting plate area. Besides, the gas velocity distribution in the electrostatic precipitator with longitudinal transverse collecting plates is made to be more uniform than the conventional one, because the transverse collecting plates are just like lots of gas distribution plates.
