英文摘要：

By using the Laspeyers index decomposition method,the influence of structure factor and efficiency factor on industrial water-saving is analyzed from 2005 to 2013in Jining.The results indicate that industrial economic growth and water consumption tend to decrease in the same direction,but the industrial economy growth is higher than water consumption,presenting a comparatively typical model U relation between the two variables.Industrial water consumption has significant resource intensive industry orientation characteristic in Jining.Moreover,both structure and efficiency are factors which promote industrial water saving in Jining,but the efficiency factor has obvious inhibitory effect on industrial water,and the structural factor shows obvious uncertainty.As a result,the key path to improve the effect of industrial water-saving in Jining is to promote industrial structure upgrading and green transformation,and to promote water-saving technology innovation.
