针对结构简单机电产品拆卸序列的寻优问题,提出了一种模糊数Petri网模型基础上的产品拆卸序列排序的难度可能度方法。首先,将善于表达模糊或界限不确定目标的三角模糊数与便于建模的Petri网相结合,建立了三角模糊数Petri网;其次,以拆卸难度作为结构简单机电产品拆卸序列评价指标,以三相异步电动机为例,在建立三相异步电动机拆卸序列的三角模糊数Petri网模型的基础上,利用拆卸难度可能度方法,实现了对三项异步电动机拆卸序列的难度优选排序;选择难度最小的拆卸序列进行拆卸,提高了拆卸效率。
Aiming at disassembly sequences optimization of simple electromechanical products,a disassembly difficulty possibility degree method based on fuzzy number Petri nets was presented.Firstly,triangular fuzzy number Petri nets was constructed by combining fuzzy numbers and Petri nets which could evaluate fuzzy or uncertain object well and easy to be modeled.Secondly,disassembly difficulty was selected as the evaluation index of disassembly sequences optimization for simple electromechanical products.In the example of three-phase asynchronous motor disassembly,after establishing triangular fuzzy number Petri nets model of three-phase asynchronous motor disassembly,motor disassembly sequences optimization was realized by contrasting difficulty possibility degree of each disassembly sequences.Disassembly efficiency was improved by adopting the sequence with the least difficulty.
