基于中国的文化情境,以竞争价值框架理论模型为基础,检验企业人力资源管理系统与领导形态交互作用对企业绩效的影响,研究发现:采用均衡发展型领导形态的企业绩效远远高于采用其他三种领导形态的企业;企业因不同的领导形态而采取不同的人力资源管理系统;不同领导形态与人力资源管理系统匹配时,企业绩效会有显著差异。研究结果表明:人力资源管理必须契合组织情境因素才更有效。
This paper, based on Chinese culture and competing values framework theory model, examines the influence that the interaction between human resource management system and leadership pattern has on the corporate performance. The research finds that the performance of the balanced development of leadership form farin the other three leading forms of en- terprise ; different human resources management system for different leadership patterns ; match different leadership morphol- ogy and human resources management system, corporate performance will be significantly different. The result shows that human resources management must fit the organizational context factors more effectively.
