本文从应急系统集成优化的角度出发,以应急系统中各资源需求点的应急救援时间满意度之和最大及系统总成本最小为目标,建立了一个应急资源需求和应急救援时间范围均模糊的多目标定位-路径问题(LRP)模型,并提出了一种混合多目标遗传算法。算例分析结果表明,所提模型和算法可以有效解决应急系统优化中的模糊多目标LRP。
From the perspective of integrated optimization of emergency systems,a multi-objective model for location-routing problem (LRP) with fuzzy demand of relief materials and fuzzy range of relief time is developed to maximize the sum of relief time satisfaction of all affected sites and minimize the total system cost. And a hybrid multi-objective genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the model. The results of a numerical example show that the model and algorithm are effective for resolving the fuzzy multi-objective LRP in emergency systems.
