用于说话人辨认的新的语音去噪方法

分别以三乙烯四胺、乙二醇、三乙醇胺和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺4种还原性溶剂作为液相回流法的反应溶剂,以化学纯金属氯化物和沉降硫为原材料,尝试制备Cu2ZnSnS4(CZTS)粉末。采用XRD和Ranman光谱对所得产物的晶体结构和物相进行表征,采用SEM、EDS、UV-vis对所得产物的微观形貌、化学成分、光学性能进行表征。研究了反应温度和反应时间对 CZTS 粉末结晶质量、元素配比、表面形貌和光学性能等的影响。结果表明,当使用三乙烯四胺作为反应溶剂时,可得到纯相纤维锌矿结构的CZTS粉末。

Cu2ZnSnS4(CZTS) microparticles were prepared by the liquid reflux method using chemical pure metal chloride and precipitated sulfur as raw materials, and combined with triethylene tetramine, ethylene glycol, triethanolamine and N, N-dimethyl formamide as reducing solvent, respectively. The samples were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Raman spectra to get the crystal structure and phase, and scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) and UV-vis-NIR spectroscope to get micro-morphology, chemical composition, optical performance of the product. The influence of reaction temperature and reaction time on the crystal quality, ratio of element, surface morphology and optical performance were studied. The results showed that pure wurtzite structured CZTS microparticles can be obtained while only triethylene tetramine was used as reaction solvent.
