利用失重法及动电位极化曲线法研究了非离子表面活性剂吐温-40对冷轧钢在1.0~8.0 mol/L HCl溶液中的缓蚀作用.结果表明:吐温-40是冷轧钢在1.0 mol/L盐酸溶液中好的缓蚀剂,最大缓蚀率可达92.5%,且用量较小,但随盐酸浓度和温度的增加均有所下降.吐温-40为混合抑制型缓蚀剂,冷轧钢的腐蚀规律符合Mathur经验公式.添加吐温-40后冷轧钢的腐蚀速度常数k明显下降,而动力学常数B则增大.活化能(Ea)和指前因子(A)都有所增加.
The inhibition effect of tween-40 on the corrosion of cold rolled steel(CRS)in a solution with 1.0~8.0 mol·L-1 hydrochloric acid has been studied by weight loss method and potentiodynamic polarization method.The results show that tween-40 is a good inhibitor for CRS in solution with 1.0 mol/L HCl,and the maximum inhibition efficiency is 92.5% even when the inhibitor concentration is low.However,inhibition efficiency decreases with increase of the hydrochloric acid concentration and the temperature.Polarization curves show that tween-40 is a mixed-type inhibitor in hydrochloric acid.The kinetic results show that the corrosion regularity of cold rolled steel accords with Mathur empirical equation.The rate constant(k)decreases obviously after adding tween-40 in HCl solution,while the kinetic reaction constant(B)increases.The values of both apparent activation energy(Ea)and pre-exponential factor(A)increase in inhibited hydrochloric acid solution.
