英文摘要：

The existing of uneertainties in remanufacturing production has greatly increased the complexity of remanufthcturing system. It has been proved that information sharing can help to reduce the impact of uncertainties. In view of the present status of remanufacturing development in China, an incentive meehanism of infnrtnation sharing is put forward. Taking an enterprise engaging in disassembly and an enterprise cngaging in processing as examples, the incentive model of information sharing is established and solved based on principal - agent theory. Discussion of the model illustrates that it contributes to enhance enthusiasm of the enterprise engaging in disassembly to share information. And it can cut down the additional production cost caused by changes of production planning. The model therefore provides theoretical guidance to design incentive mechanism in remanufacturing, and gives some reference to devise measures to promote remanufacturing growth in China.
