A survey was conducted to analyze the current situation of the management of Xingkai Lake National Nature Reserve. Some countermeasures were put forward aiming at the obstructed system, imperfect management, shortage of fund and exceUent personnel, and low-level development, namely, to innovate the management system and mode, set up early warning system for ecology, promote the nature reserve with tourism, take vigorous action to introduce management personnel, strengthen the legal management system, and to make the management more standard by advancing the construction of communication.
