目的：探讨舌根癌全舌切除的临床治疗。方法：对2例舌根癌患者分别行保留少量舌根组织的全舌切除加游离腹直肌肌皮瓣舌再造术及全舌、会厌切除加带蒂胸大肌肌皮瓣全舌再造术。结果：两种皮瓣均可有效修复全舌切除术后的组织缺损,再造舌的形态满意。2例病例均获成功,19个月后复查皮瓣成活良好且肿瘤无复发,保留部分舌根患者语音及进食恢复较好。结论：带蒂胸大肌肌皮瓣及游离腹直肌肌皮瓣均可作为全舌切除后组织缺损的有效修复方法;保留舌根与否及保留组织的多少对再造舌术后的功能有较大影响。

英文摘要：

Objective：To inverstigate the clinical treatment of tongue base cancer with total glossectomy.Methods：We used free rectus abdominis musculocutaneous flap and pedicled pectoralis major myocutaneous flap for tongue reconstruction after total glossectomy,retaining a portion of the tongue base in one patient.Results：The two types of flaps may be effective restorations of the whole tongue tissue defects after resection.Two cases of clinical cases were successful,the flap survived well and no recurrence was found 19 months after operation.The patients could eat and communicate,and the patient who retained a portion of the tongue base was better.Conclusion：Pedicled pectoralis major myocutaneous flap and free rectus abdominis musculocutaneous flap are all effective flap for total glossectomy.The function after operation was impacted by how much tissue was retained.
