Online microarray database has become a public depot with stored measurements,searchable indexes,and even analytical interpretations. Many of these databases collect data from cancer related research. The access and usage of such data can be further intensified. This paper described methods of data query,download,and analysis about the common platforms for gene expression microarray database.We hope to help the beginners to learn and understand the related background.
