This paper takes the structure decomposition analysis of energy intensity from the perspective of energy structure to find out the influence factors on energy intensity. And then it conducts the empirical research on energy intensity. Finally,according to 2005 statistical data,it calculates the range of each kind of energy＇s growth rate for realizing the goal of lowering energy intensity by 20% in the period of Eleventh Five Year. It is hoped to be useful for optimizing energy structure and lowering energy intensity.
