利用RH2200恒速型毛细管流变仪考察了硬脂酸镧复合物(RC)分别和聚乙烯蜡共混前后对高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)挤出性能的影响。与纯HDPE5000S相比,加入1.5份RC和1.0份或3.0份聚乙烯蜡混合物以后,熔体的表观粘度降低,发生压力振荡时候的滑移长度减少以及信号强度明显消失。
The extrusion performance of HDPE, which were blended with lanthanum stearate composites and the blend of lanthanum stearate and PE wax respectively, were studied by the RH 2200 Capillary Rheometer operated at constant piston velocity. Compared with the pure HDPE 5000S, the apparent viscosity of the melt of composites adding 1.5 phr trivalent lanthanum with 1 phr PE wax or 3 phr PE wax reduces, and the slip length and the intensity decreases when pressure vibration occurs.
