重型数控机床作为工业发展水平的象征,推动制造业的发展,而重型数控机床的可靠性是衡量机床发展水平的标准。目前国内外对重型数控机床可靠性试验台液压系统的研究较少,我国对数控机床滑枕部件可靠性试验台液压系统的研究与国外尚有差距。为此,该文结合TK6920型数控落地镗铣床,对重型数控机床滑枕部件液压系统进行了设计、仿真。通过仿真分析可知,所设计液压系统可满足试验台的试验要求。
The heavy numerical control machine tool as a symbol of the level of industrial development, promote the development of the manufacturing industry, and the reliability of the heavy-duty CNC machine tool is a measure of the level of the development of the machine tool. At present, there is little research on the hydraulic system of the heavy CNC machine tool reliability test bench. The research of the hydraulic system of the reliability test bench of the CNC machine tool is still a gap between China and foreign countries. Therefore, the TK6920 type NC boring and milling machine, CNC machine tools for heavy ram components of hydraulic system is analyzed and designed,and the design result of simulation analysis, the simulation results show that the designed hydraulic system can meet the requirements of the expected test bench.
