Logistics packaging and facility layout are two key factors in manufacturing enterprise logistics. Thus,after analyzing the logistics characteristics of the engine manufacturing enterprise,its materials' requirements and features based on packing unitized and standardization,reasonable standard container are chosen by using the method of ABC classification. And the material package unit is improved,which is calculated for each operation department area. Taking the minimum logistics cost as the goal,considering the existed facilities and area constraint,the layout is calculated and optimized. The result shows that the efficiency of the engine manufacturing enterprise is increased by 20%,from 95 units to 116 units each day.
