基于周期性狭缝阵列的导纳特性研究,提出了一种新的等效电路方法,阐述了狭缝阵列的谐振机理。结果表明,阵列导纳在Smith圆图中的轨迹均是从低频到高频沿顺时针变化,反映了其频率响应特性与无源端口网络的相似性。等效电路的传输曲线与相应的阵列一致,表明等效电路参数求解方法正确,将其应用于分析介质厚度的影响,表明介质加载主要影响等效电容,导致谐振特性的变化。
The admittance characteristics of the periodic slot array were studied,from which a new method for equivalent circuit extraction was derived.The resonance mechanism of slot array was investigated based on parameters of the equivalent circuit.The results show that the trace of the array admittance in Smith Chart moves clockwise from low frequency to high frequency,which indicates its similarity with passive network.The agreement in transmission curves between the slot array and its corresponding equivalent circuit indicates the validity of the equivalent circuit model.And its application to the analysis of the influence of dielectric thickness shows that dielectric loading affects the equivalent capacitance,which leads to the change of the resonance characteristics.
