为了降低废水中硝基苯含量,首次构建了超重力强化的吹脱—O3/H2O2氧化处理工艺。进行了超重力强化的吹脱法预处理含高浓度硝基苯的废水。考察了超重力因子、气体流量G、液体流量L等因素对硝基苯吹脱率的影响。结果表明:结合超重力技术可有效提高硝基苯去除率,当G=10m3·h^-1,L=90L·h^-1,=80时,吹脱10次后硝基苯含量降至90mg·L^-1,此后吹脱率变化明显减弱。低浓度废水用超重力强化的O3/H2O2高级氧化法进一步处理,当L=120L·h^-1,=80,气相O3浓度为50mg·L^-1,H2O2浓度为4.9mmol·L^-1,初始pH值为10.5,处理时间为25min时,硝基苯去除率可达99.6%,出水可生化系数BOD5/CODCr=0.38,满足污水处理的生化处理标准。
To reduce the content of nitrobenzene in wastewater,an air stripping-O3/H2O2 oxidation treatment process enhanced by high gravity technology was established for the first time.The pretreatment of high concentration nitrobenzene-containing wastewater was conducted by air stripping method,which was enhanced by high gravity technology.The effects of high gravity factor,gas-flow rate G,liquid-flow rate L and stripping times on the nitrobenzene stripping efficiency were investigated.The experimental results show that the combination of high gravity technology can effectively improve the nitrobenzene removal rate.When the G=20 m3·h-1,L=20 L·h-1, =80,the concentration of nitrobenzene after stripping for 10 times is decreased to 100 mg·L-1.Then the changes of stripping efficiency are significantly weakened.The lower content wastewater is further treated by advanced oxidation process of O3/H2O2 enhanced by high gravity technology.When L=120 L·h-1, =80,gas phase O3 concentration CO3=50 mg·L-1,the concentration of H2O2 CH2O2=4.9 mmol·L-1,initial pH=10.5 and the processing time is 25 min,the removal efficiency of nitrobenzene can reach 99.6% and BOD5/CODCr=0.38;the wastewater treated can meet the standard of biochemistry treatment of integrated wastewater discharge standard(GB8978-1996).
